Finally the BigCat Updates the Site
Yes it has been awhile since BigCat Tailgating has
had a significant up date. Much criticism has been
berated upon the lowly web master. But let talk
about tailgating and the Cats. Two games and two
tailgating outings to up date.
Let's go straight to the first game against the
Payton Manningless Colts. A a preseaon shakeup
with Preferred Parking sent the tailgating setup into
a 2min drill offense. They imposed a new rule that
prohibited us from setting up behind our vehicles...
What ?? ...Does that not eliminated tailgating.
Blasphemy. So Brenda scrambled through the
playbook and outlined a new spot that would not
violate the rule until would could place a formal
appeal with the league office. A good space but, it
was like Greenbay without a Farve retirement
controversy.
The best news for the BigCat was that for the first
time every I had my whole family lining up on the
first team tailgating. Casey was able to squeeze in
a vist between her Austrailian softball tour with
Team USA and heading off to Shepherd University
(BigCat Alma mater). Sean got to celebrate his first
Black and Blue shot as well as tasting the victory of
Panther Juice as a result of his reaching the age of
majority.
It was very cool for Brenda and I to have them there.
We also had some other rookies that made an
impressive splash on the sceen., A couple of
Seans college friends Daniel and Jamie made a
nice slash taking all the tradition in stride. Jamie
has her own unique of paying homage to the great
Sam Mill.
Then long time veterian Andi brings in one of the
brightest spots of the preseason. We lost Andi's
tag team partner Melanie, to Denver in to free
agency. She has truly brough a rising star to team.
Sean (not the Son of BigCat) features a fantastic
flare for cooking, both in taste and presentation.
This dude is not a rookie, but a true free agent vet
who appears to not only make the team but has the
potential for pro bowl status. So we have traded
Mels curves for Seans cooking. Wow what a tough
decision for a tailgating GM. Maybe if Sean wears
some tight sweaters and juts out his chest we might
have the perfect addition.
Lets not forget out vets Scott and Daniel and their
lalatchey specialist Mckenna. Mckenna returns for
her second year and can bob and weave enough to
make the most crusty tailgater smile.
